In SureConnect mode (default) – All prompting is performed through SureConnect, which runs on Groq-powered infrastructure. SureConnect delivers fast, high-quality AI responses while following strict privacy and security practices. In On Device mode, every prompt, input, intermediate computation, and output is processed, stored, and generated solely on your local machine—nothing leaves your device. We neither collect nor receive telemetry, usage statistics, personal data, or content created in this mode, and no information is transmitted to SureLink AI or any third party.
In SureServer mode, your request is relayed—via end-to-end encryption—to our high-performance cloud infrastructure, where it is processed in isolated memory to deliver the needed compute power. Session data is used only for real-time inference, is never logged or retained after the response is returned, and is never shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.

These logs are fully anonymized—they do not identify you, your device, or any content you create. No personal data is transmitted to SureLink AI or shared with third parties at any point during downloads or updates.
