3. Pilot & Validation

• Introduction to AI: Have users review and watch content in the AI Learning help center.
• SureLink AI Tutorials: Have users review and watch content in SureLink Help.
• Use Case Walkthroughs: Show how SureLink handles common scenarios (e.g., contract lookup, summarization).  Also review feature constraints.
  
  
• SureLink AI Trainer Certification: Ensure trainers can pass the SureLink AI Certification Quiz.
• Feedback Loop: Weekly check-ins to gather user experience and refine configuration.
  
  
• Output: Documented feedback and adjustments ensuring product fit.
  
  

4. Training & Rollout

Goal: Pilot champions conduct employee training with SureLink AI backup.

• Training Sessions: Trainers review the above training material with their employees.  This includes but is not limited to Intro to AI, SureLink AI tutorials, and use case walk throughs.
  
  
• Go-Live Support: SureLink team available during the first week for troubleshooting.
  
  
• Output: Company-wide adoption with users able to perform core workflows independently.
  
  

5. Review & Continuous Success

Goal: Ensure adoption and establish long-term value.

• Review: Measure against initial success criteria.
  
  
• Quarterly Health Checks: Usage analytics, user feedback, new features.
  
  
• Expansion Roadmap: Identify additional data sources or advanced features (workflow automation, deeper integrations).
  
  
• Output: A Customer Success Plan with measurable ROI and next-step opportunities.
