- Review: Measure against initial success criteria.
- Quarterly Health Checks: Usage analytics, user feedback, new features.
- Expansion Roadmap: Identify additional data sources or advanced features (workflow automation, deeper integrations).
- Output: A Customer Success Plan with measurable ROI and next-step opportunities.
